You currently hold, or have held, a senior, lead, or founder-level role that shows you have grown past the basics.
Verifiable achievements
A LinkedIn profile, portfolio, or references that back up what you say you have built and led.
Working or retired from the field
You are currently active in the field, or retired from it after building a career there—not simply someone who dabbled years ago.
